Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Support Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in managing complex billing tasks to meet both client needs and internal billing requirements. The primary responsibilities include client billing, reconciliation, and payment processing for vendors and clinics. This position will work a hybrid schedule that includes working 3 days/week at our Neenah Corporate office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process client billing with a high level of accuracy, including generating internal reports, populating system uploads, and troubleshooting errors.

  • Assist in resolving client and vendor inquiries and disputes.

  • Reconcile and process payments for vendor and clinic invoices.

  • Collaborate with vendors, clinics, and other internal and external teams to address discrepancies and find solutions.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 2+ years in an office environment
  • In lieu of experience, an associate's degree in a business discipline may be considered
  • Experience with billing principles and practices a plus

 

Education

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

 

Computer Skills

  • Must be proficient in the use of a PC and MS Office Suite, with intermediate excel skills

 

Other Skills/Qualifications

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work in a deadline driven environment
  • Ability to analyze reports and data

Physical Requirements

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time.
