Position Summary

J. J. Keller is hiring Client Service Specialists! Are you passionate about helping clients, but a call center environment isn't the right fit for you? As a Client Service Specialist you will have an assigned account base and will act as liaison between your clients and J. J. Keller's services. You will become an extension of your accounts' business and will serve as an educator and business partner to ensure they understand their compliance requirements. Given the fast growth in the Managed Services department, we’ve had a successful track record of seeing associates join this team and continue to grow in their careers with the company.

The Skills & Background We're Seeking

  • Customer interaction experience (such as sales support, retail sales, hospitality, food service, customer service, etc.)
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Proficient in the use Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced excel functions.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time.

J. J. Keller provides a competitive benefit package which includes the following (eligibility requirements apply):  Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan, etc. The compensation range for this role is $24.00 to $26.00 which varies depending on factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s overall experience and geographic location. Note that J. J. Keller is not currently recruiting employees to work in California. J. J.
