Position Summary
The purpose of this onsite position in Neenah, WI is to maintain accurate scheduling of the Manufacturing and Distribution Department's preventive maintenance programs for departmental equipment, maintaining an accurate inventory control of the Maintenance Departments spare parts repository, and managing call-in breakdown requests.
This role is primarily based in an office environment within the manufacturing facility and requires regular interaction with maintenance, production, and distribution teams. The incumbent will occasionally enter manufacturing and warehouse areas to support scheduling activities, gather information, and coordinate work. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn, and all plant safety procedures must be followed while in operational areas.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintains preventive maintenance schedules for all Manufacturing and Distribution equipment.
- Collaborates with Accounting, Global Sourcing, and Distribution to requisition parts, create purchase orders, and receive parts.
- Coordinates with vendors regarding parts, supplies, services, and purchases.
- Administers Manufacturing Maintenance work orders.
- Maintains accurate Manufacturing Maintenance inventory records using SAP Plant Maintenance CMMS software.
- Prepares accurate month-end inventory reports for Manufacturing and Accounting.
- Prepares the department’s month-end credit card statement using the SAP Concur portal.
- Collaborates with the MMDG team to create SAP material master records for inventoried parts.
- Works with the ES&S leader to obtain SDS documentation for chemicals.
- Maintains accurate records in accordance with retention requirements.
Qualifications
Education:
- High school diplima or General Education Degree (GED) credential
Experience:
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance coordination, planning, scheduling, preventive maintenance, and/or parts inventory management in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with CMMS systems, maintenance work order processes, and spare parts inventory control.Proven ability to prioritize work, maintain accurate records, and support equipment reliability through effective planning and scheduling.
- SAP Plant Maintenance CMMS software experience preferred.
- Other Skills/Qualifications:
- Proficient in the use of a PC and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi task.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Requirements
Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time.
