Position Summary
The purpose of this growth-based, newly created position being added to the E-Commerce team is to research, define and determine business and high-level design requirements for new and redesigned product/service offerings. This includes defining the client experience and needed changes to related back-office systems, and supporting the business-related aspects involved with product/service delivery. This position has the opportunity to work out of our corporate headquarters in Neenah, WI, remote or in a hybrid capacity.
Job Responsibilities
- Creates business requirements to include a business and project plan/concept document for each new and redesigned/envisioned product/service offering.
- Becomes a subject matter expert for topic and service deliverables related to the new product/service through client feedback.
- Oversees feature prioritization and minimal viable project (MVP) scope management.
- Prepares documentation and support materials for product/service line enhancements, for example meeting minutes, business case reports, sales training, market research, price change information, etc.
- Communicates new/envisioned service deliverables to affected business areas and helps the operational areas define service delivery needs. In some areas, may also help determine the overall cost of goods for service delivery.
- Analyzes recurring service issues and client enhancement requests to identify improvement opportunities.
- In some areas, supports and delivers training on new products/services with sales enablement and company stakeholders as needed.
- Provides on-going service and business support with sales, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Product Analyst:
- 2+ years of business-related experience, preferably working with product/services related to the specific business area.
- Experience with report writing/query tools such as SQL, PowerBI, etc.
- Project leadership experience a strong plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in business-related field.
- In lieu of degree, will consider an additional 4 years of directly related experience.

Physical Requirements
Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional travel to offsite offices, customer sites and/or industry and training events may also be required, depending on assignment.
