The J. J. Keller Sales Academy is a sales training program that will prepare you for a successful career in inside sales where you will then have the opportunity to work from home upon completion of program. In the Sales Academy, you will spend 30% of each month developing your knowledge of our company and the customers we serve, as well as, how to position and sell the solutions we offer. You will spend the remaining 70% of your time on the phones implementing the training provided while developing your sales skills. You’ll work consistent hours, make good money and have FUN while you’re at work!

Qualifications We're Seeking

 

  • Minimum of 6 months' experience having direct customer interaction
  • Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred, high school degree or equivalent required
  • A positive attitude and the desire for a career in sales

Physical Requirements

 

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional travel to offsite offices, customer sites and/or industry and training events may also be required.
