Compensation: $48,000 - $62,000 annual target

You’ll consult with new and existing customers to uncover challenges in their workplace. Then, with knowledge you gain about our extensive portfolio of products and services, you’ll partner with them to find solutions to keep their employees safe. J. J. Working from your home, you will:
- Confidently engage customers using an outbound sales call approach
- Prospect and further develop accounts to uncover new sales opportunities
- Take on the challenge of closing new contractual business while managing a sales pipeline
- Collaborate with customers to solve safety and workplace issues by looking at the big picture
- Challenge the status quo by staying persistent to see your ideas put in action
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably selling services or solutions in a B2B environment
- Excellent verbal communication and time management skills
- High school degree or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred
- Guaranteed hourly base pay + monthly incentive program
- 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional airplane or car travel to offsite offices, customer sites and/or industry and training events may also be required.
